This is a mid to late 1980s NFL Cleveland Browns child size XL t-shirt jersey. It features number 19 Bernie Kosar. A officially licensed product made in the USA by Sport Togs. The measurements are as follows, 23” long, 15” shoulders, 34” chest, 11” sleeves. It is still in good wearable condition. The transfers show some cracking but are complete. They are a little discolored on the sleeves. The shirt is free of rips, holes and repairs but the fabric has some wear from repeated washing. It’s a great size for framing and displaying.
