Vintage French charm abounds on this beautiful little vase made by P.L. (I believe this to be “Porcelaine Limousine”) of Limoges, France. The transfer art was originally done by Jean-Antoine Watteau, and you will see it is signed as such on the bottom right of the artwork. The vase is crafted from porcelain and features a playful courting couple basking in the courtyard on a gorgeous sunny day. The remainder of the vase has a gold gilded fleur-de-lis pattern.
The vase was estate-owned and is in excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks found.
It measures 5 3/4” in height and 2 7/8” at the opening.
