Charming colonial-style 9” round vegetable bowl made by Blue Ridge Southern Potteries of Erwin, Tennessee. Southern Potteries was known for their hand-painted underglaze patterns in cheery, whimsical themes such as flowers, fruit, and animals. They operated between 1920-1957.

The bowl was estate-owned and is in good vintage condition. It has the typical pottery firing marks on the back. It does have a couple of small spots and production flaws with the glaze, but overall it’s in nice shape.

It measures 2.3/8” in height  and 9 3/8” in diameter.
