Introducing the charming Susan Baker Hand-Painted Birdcage Clock Artwork, a delightful fusion of functionality and artistry from the mid-1990s. Each handmade piece showcases vibrant colors and whimsical details, featuring intricately painted birds nestled within a playful birdcage, making it a perfect addition to any space that craves a touch of creativity.

Baker has resided in Provincetown and North Truro from 1969 where she owns the Susan Baker Memorial Museum, named in her memory because she says she figured she’d “be dead by the time it happened.” Baker is the author of “The History of Provincetown” and “Provincetown Dogs”. She is married to poet, Keith Althaus whom she met in 1969 while a fellow at the Provincetown Fine Arts Work Center. Trained in art school as an abstract expressionist, Baker now creates humorous paintings, some including text. She also designs jewelry and tee shirts and creates painted papier-mache and Styrofoam figures.

Don’t miss the opportunity to own this unique timepiece that will not only keep you punctual but also enliven your décor with its spirited character.
