Antique Iron Delaware State Seal Crest Shield with Intricate Hand Painted Design

This rare state of Delaware iron plaque I believe dates to the 1920’s. It is in wonderful, almost pristine hand painted condition. The state coat of arms was adopted in 1777. It appears on both the state flag and seal. This little item is about 3.25″ x 3.75 inches. It has a hole in the top to hang it on a wall.
