Intricate, yet subtle pattern to this mid-century teapot made by Rosenthal of Germany. Designed by Danish artist Bjorn Wiinblad and crafted from porcelain, the teapot is embossed with a unique pattern of ovals and dots. The design is crisp and elegant. Rosenthal produced the Romance pattern from 1961-2005, but based on the backstamps, the teapot was made in the 1960s. It would be stunning on open kitchen shelving!

The teapot was estate-owned and is in excellent condition. It has a little tea residue on the interior, so will need cleaning, but there were no chips, cracks or crazing found.

It measures approx. 8” in height (including the lid) and approx. 6” in diameter.  Spout to handle measures 9”.
