This piece is full of fun and whimsy. Some have refers to this as a toothpick holder but it is a smoker ashtray. Smoke comes from the back of the head when cigarette is placed inside. the toes emit smoke or can hold matchsticks.
This is from an impressive collection, very clean and never used.
